Always returning for trip. Helpful staff gave taxi tips at first stay. This place suits perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, fitness studio, spa, dining options, and more. With in-room breakfast, air conditioning, non-smoking rooms, it's my go-to choice.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities, including a luxurious spa and wellness centre. the professional and attentive staff provided a relaxing full body massage and manicure in the beautifully designed treatment rooms. We enjoyed the delicious halal food in the restaurant and the outdoor dining area had stunning views of the city. the special diet menus were impressive and catered to our needs.

The location, while convenient with a bus station nearby, was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the main road.

Staff were top-class and the hotel was gorgeous, it had incredible location next too night club. I loved that the room was cozy with king size bed. The breakfast offered lots of amazing meals. Had a relaxing stay here.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close enough to local markets, the Bosphorus bridge, the sea. Polite staff specially the front deck manager. Late check-out.

The location of Radisson couldn't be better; close to all major attractions and has amazing views of the Bosphorus. I was kinda surprised by the complimentary fruits and treats in the lobby. a great value for the price.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Istanbul. The room was brand-new, with a terrace. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

We had a great stay at this stunningly beautiful and small hotel. There was a good restaurant and efficient staff. The location was best possible, you can visit Istanbul Jazz Center by walking. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.

The delightful music and array of drinks at Cruise Lounge Bar made my evenings feel like a scene from a movie. Sipping creative cocktails while taking in the stunning views felt like I was starring in my own glamorous Bosphorus adventure.

Service communication could improve.

Central heating, a laptop-size safe and multi-channel television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

As for me, the area was very bad.

Our stay was an excellent experience. The buffet breakfast offered lots of food, something for everyone's taste. It was very central and close to Istanbul Jazz Center.

Our stay was great! The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the sea and close to everything in the middle of Ortakoy. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the staff was exceedingly friendly and supportive. The breakfast was delicious with a decent variety of foods. , the terrace restaurant provided a range of tasty meals and drinks at reasonable prices. The gym and spa areas were also attractive with exceptional facilities.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved to reduce the street noise.

The spacious and beautifully decorated common areas made it easy for senior guests to relax and enjoy the elegant surroundings. The accessibility for senior people was commendable, with convenient facilities and amenities that catered to our needs, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I would have appreciated more assistance for senior guests, such as offering assistance with luggage without having to ask.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Radisson in Ortakoy with my mom. The views from the terrace were spectacular and we enjoyed dining at the nearby Banyan restaurant. The hotel's hair salon was a convenient addition. The service, comfort, and location were excellent. The "Escape" spa center was truly fabulous, offering a range of relaxing treatments. The breakfast on the terrace was rich and delicious, with a variety of options. Thank you, Radisson, for a perfect experience.

The on-site 24-hour business center gave me access to a photocopier, printer, computer with an Internet connection, and fax machine, which were essential for my work.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room for private discussions and presentations.
